Society growth, migration, and urbanization are straining governments capacity to provide people basic services. Poverty and health conditions are getting worse. Over than 120.000 people live without house, 18% are kids, with ages between 7 and 20 years old. Severals NGOs supply the problem by various support programs. Italian organization provide by the help of young street artistes with circus therapy project.
